Slow gentle movements are combined with abdominal breathing to create meditative movement, a tranquil mind and strengthen Qi.
In this workshop we will further develop the capacity to sense Qi as a method to improve Qigong practice.
This workshop is open to Qigong practitioners or those that have a background in Tai chi, Yoga, or Meditation etc.
Wear loose clothing, soft shoes or warm socks, bring a water bottle and a plate to share for lunch.
Morning and afternoon tea provided.
