Restorative Qigong Workshop: Opening the Heavenly Gates.

There are 5 primary energy gates in the body; 
Two minor gates: The Water and Fire gates and Three Major gates:
The Lower, Middle and Upper Heavenly Palaces.

 This Restorative Qigong workshop will focus on techniques for opening the energy gates of the body. These practices allow an increased flow of energy through the gates, clearing blockages and leading to increased vitality, sense of wellbeing and overall health.
 

The workshop will feature the Joint and meridian opening exercises, Dao Yin exercises, Flowing Qigong and Meditation techniques. The day is also suitable for beginners who have some experience with meditation.

Wear loose clothing and bring a plate to share .
Morning and afternoon tea provided.
